The plantar fasciitis is one of the recurring nightmares of the runner . It is in fact a fairly common condition that occurs when the plantar fascia , which is the strip of fabric that runs through the heel of the foot , becomes inflamed. Initially occurs in the morning when getting out of bed and resting your feet on the ground, you feel pain in the heels .
The pain , much like a puncture in the bottom of the foot , persists even during the day and gradually increase if called for by physical activity .
If it occurs , it is very important to treat time for plantar fasciitis , which can last up to 6 months and even degenerate into chronic pain preventing normal physical activities , from walking on the movement of the feet and knees.
