For this  the staff of Preparazione Fisica Education reserves the right to sell this type of equipment at technical centers, and professionals such as coaches, personal trainers have the full right to decide what kind of exercises offer their athletes.

The FluiBall 7 kg can be very useful in all the various forms of CrossFit (a program of strengthening and physical conditioning) where the CrossFit athlete must master the ten basic points of fitness:
